Documents Required to Complete Most Admission Applications:

Official high school transcript with rank in class (class rank calculation)
Social security number or school identification number
Admission test results (SAT (www.collegeboard.com/?student) or ACT (www.actstudent.org) and TOEFL(www.ets.org/toefl/) if your native language is not English, required of international students)
THEA test results or exemption verification (usually based on TAKS, SAT or ACT scores)
Copy of the front and back of your Permanent Resident Alien card, if you are not a US citizen
Resume or Activity Sheet
Application fee or a Fee Waiver Request from the SAT or ACT program (contact your counselor)
Essay, if required
Admission Interview, schedule an interview if required
Recommendation Letters, secure them if required
Audition/Portfolio, may be required if applying for a program in music, art or design
School picture, if required
