Scholarships and Financial Aid The W.T. White Counseling office has the latest information on scholarships and financial aid that may be available. The sites listed here are intended to supplement that information. Please be sure to check with the counseling office for additional information such as deadlines, requirements, and additional financial aid sources. • This is a free application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on the Web and is an internet-based version of the paper FAFSA. The federal government uses this form to determine your eligibility for aid, which includes grants, scholarships, work-study and loans. www.dallasisd.org/parent_students/sch_handbook/ • DISD Scholarship handbook lists scholarships alphabetically and by application deadline. www.ed.gov/finaid/• Click on the Find Aid link in the menu on the left hand side for a list of scholarships and links.
