Site Based Decision Making Team The Site-Based Decision-Making Team advises the school principal on planning, needs assessment, goal setting, budget, curriculum, organization, staffing, and staff development decisions. By state law, each SBDM team must have at least 12 members, of whom half should be parents, students, or community members and the other half school professional and support staff. At WTW we serve a very diverse set of students who have wide range of needs. We try very hard to ensure that the needs all of our students are represented by the membership of our SBDM Committee. The WTW SBDM Committee meets once a month, generally on the 2nd Monday of the month, from 5:30 - 6:30 in the Library. Our meetings are always open and we encourage all who are interested to attend. 2008 meetings schedule: Jan 14, Feb 11, Mar 24, Apr 28, and May 19.
